    Am the golf beginner, can you tell me how to excercise weight transfer when backswing as well as downswing

    @vanctin64 A great tip to practice proper weight transfer is to hit golf balls at the driving range with a narrow stance. start with a wedge and have your feet right next to each other. From this position, practice hitting 1/2 to 3/4 swings and maintain your balance. This will really help you feel your center and stay very balanced. if you are not swinging balanced you will fall over. Then widen your stance very slightly and move to a longer iron. Continue this till your stance is back to normal
