SWINGBUILD GOLF – Full swing exercise

This exercise is another mainstay of SWINGBUILD GOLF. When rehearsed regularly, this will give the swing an efficient professional look. We are working on the theory of correct specific swing mechanics taking the golfer to a very definite, defined follow through position with just a few feedback checkpoints when performed correctly. Conversely, any incorrect moves within the swing will show up as faults at the end of the swing. This regular checking of the follow through is the mainstay of SWINGBUILDING and constructive practise

Very good explanation on body turn; the legs supporting, arms and shoulders reacting.

Agree……another great video in his series of 3.

This is the single best explanation of the core movements of the swing I’ve seen. Ben Hogan was good, very good, but there’s no ambiguity here as there was with some of Hogan’s comentary. Many of the movements that get players so confused (i.e. hip movement, hand action etc. ) are incidental if you concentrate on these simple drills. Have faith and stick to them, don’t get lost trying to break the swing down like I did previously. Thanks David!

As the club begins to build up speed and the left hip makes the first move down the target line before it turns backward, the width of the stance will hold up just fine. If you have a tendency to lose your balance, your stance might be to narrow. w w w (dot) golferbreak80 (dot) c0m

Ok Boys and Girls, pay attention to this man. He has explained very well in the 6:18 video what would have cost hundreds of dollars worth of lessons. All is needed is a good solid grip and these excercises and your on your way, Remember, you must develop a good grip before you can think about being a good golfer.

Very nice explaining, I agree. But there is one more important thing in the good golf swing – look as long as you can on the ball on the tee (or shortly behind it). Otherwise you can slice the ball very easy.

@CutTonyRomoNow what about the hand position at impact. He needs to discuss this and show that it can occur with this type of action.I agree it is a well done intro to the swing.I just worry about people getting to flippy throught impact,do to minimal leg action and the need for a perfectly timed contact.
