Takeaway~Downswing 3 word DRILL

This drill works the large muscles that control the golf swing. This drill uses three key words to help you train your body SHOULDER, PAUSE, HIPS. Starting the downswing with the hips first, unwinding and leading the whole golf swing to the finish, is a big key for more consistent golf.

    @silvermark04 Great… Keeping your shoulders level as you sit down to the ball is another great key… easy to drop the back shoulder (not good).
