Stand up a little bit. Very flat going back. Try to keep your hands in front of your body and drive those legs (your pulling down from the top) or continue what your doing and have a great time!

1st thing: Get rid of ALOT of that knee flex. 2nd you are way disconnected at the top of the swing ie to much arms and way behind your body. 3rd: downswing is all arms and very little turn which is causing your cast flip at impact. The lack of turn is what limits your ability to get the weight transferred over to the left side at finish. To get rid of your high fade you've got a long way to go.
